1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using shopao.io, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
shopao.io provides an artificial intelligence agent for Mercado Libre sellers. The service includes processing buyer questions, generating AI-suggested answers, OAuth integration with Mercado Libre, and a review-and-approval dashboard.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving the AI-generated answers before they're sent to buyers. shopao.io does not guarantee that the generated answers will always be accurate or appropriate. The final decision to send is always yours.
4. Integration with Mercado Libre
shopao.io integrates with Mercado Libre through the official OAuth flow. By authorizing access, you accept Mercado Libre's API usage policies. We are not responsible for changes to Mercado Libre's API policies that may affect the service.
5. Plans and Payments
The Pro plan is billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access to paid features until the end of the already-billed period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design and algorithms of shopao.io are the property of shopao.io Tecnología and are protected by copyright law.
